Diabetes is becoming the most common problem in the world today due to various factors such as wrong lifestyle, unhealthy food, excess body weight, irregular sleeping patterns, and mental illness. Today's video is focused on those who are suffering from diabetes and bloating, as well as those who want to prevent these types of problems in their life. The video consists of many important yoga poses which help to activate and stimulate the pancreas and related organs, keeping you safe from such problems. This practice should be done on an empty stomach early in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed. Make sure you have a three-hour gap in the evening if you're practicing after food, and at least one hour gap between your practice and sleep.
