Filo pastry rolls (yufka) with spinach and feta - easy, tasty, quick and super tasty! Whether as a quick snack for your party, a delicious souvenir or dinner: These filled rolls with spinach and cheese are quick to make and taste both warm and cold.
Ingredients for filo pastry particles with cheese and spinach
1 pack of filo dough / Yufka dough (400 g)
400 g spinach
400 g feta cheese
300 g cream cheese with fine herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
In a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. Bake for 20 minutes.
1. Chop the spinach into small pieces (thaw the frozen spinach and drain well. If necessary, squeeze it out well so that as little liquid as possible remains.)
2. Cut the feta into small cubes or crumble it with a fork. Add to the spinach with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.
3. First brush the filo pastry sheet with oil.
4. Spread 1 tablespoon of spinach and cheese mixture on the dough and roll up.
5. Place the rolls on a greased tray (possibly with baking paper) brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
