In this Grand Master tutorial, I teach you how about the dice roll odds in Risk and who has the advantage when attacking or defending. I also talk about some of the dice roll mechanics that are specific to Risk: Global Domination, since there is a feature called Blitz Rolls which do not have the exact same odds as true random.
