Preparing for TEM

Students in Gonzaga University's Biology 105 Lab prepare a sample for imaging using the TEM.  In this video, students see how the grid is attached to the Pelco tab and how solutions are added to the grid.  Grids are then prepared for shipment to an EM facility off campus.
