Hi, guys! Today I brought Spicy Bibim Memil Guksu (Bibim Buckwheat Noodles) topped with chopped spicy peppers! I also prepared chicken nuggets, tofu sushi, and yeolmu kimchi as side dishes! 🤭❤️🔥 I also brought some broth with ice to add to the noodles so they stay moist! I just LOVE buckwheat noodles, and this was my first time trying bibim memil guksu! The scent of buckwheat and the sweet, spicy, and sour sauce went surprisingly well together! I added chopped peppers instead of cucumber slices, and they were so crunchy and spicy, just how I like it! I prepared the tofu sushi for extra food, and it also went great with the noodles! I ate the dinosaur-shaped nuggets with buckwheat noodles, and it was so good! I loved all the combos, but my favorite was yeolmu kimchi! If you have no appetite, you MUST try this!!! If you love buckwheat noodles, I highly recommend trying bibim memil guksu! I was so happy with the meal! Thank you so much for watching! ❣️
