In this video you will see how to make a delicious nut cake. This cake is suitable for people who can’t  eat gluten since it doesn’t have flour. You don’t even need an oven. A nut cake is baked in the microwave in just 7 minutes.

Recipe:
For nut biscuit:
300g of any nuts (I have walnuts)
5 eggs
100g sugar
Vanilla sugar bag
10g baking powder
For cream:
500ml cream 32% -38% fat
380g dulce de leche
To decorate:
100g nuts

1.Chop 300g nuts into small crumbs.
2. Put eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat everything with a mixer until sugar dissolves. Then pour in the egg mixture nut crumbs, baking powder and mix everything until smooth.
3. Put the dough into the form suitable for the microwave. If the form is glass, then you need to spread oil in the form. I have a silicone diameter of 22cm.
4. Put the mold with the test in the microwave and bake a nut biscuit for 7 minutes at a maximum power of 1000w. If the maximum microwave power is less, then you need to increase the baking time. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out dry from the biscuit, then the biscuit is ready.
5. Remove the biscuit from the mold and cool. Cut the biscuit into three layers.
6. For cream, you need to whip the cream with a mixer, and then add the boiled condensed milk to the whipped cream.
7.100g of nuts for decoration, grind into a large crumb blender.
8. Coat the layers of biscuit with cream. Cover the sides and top of the cake with cream and garnish with nut crumbs.
