How to claim full refund from make my trip, if flight cancelled?

Hi friends in this video we discuss about how to get refund from make my trip if flight cancelled? If you have booked ticket from make my trip website or mobile app and your flight has cancelled by the airlines then you get flight cancellation refund from mmt. To know 'how to get refund for cancelled flight' from make my trip follow the following steps.
1. Go to make my trip mobile app and login with your id and password.
2. Click on 'trip' option. Now you will see your upcoming trips. Click on the trip.
3. You will see the details of your ticket. Now scroll down and you will find another option claim refund and you have to click on 'flight cancelled by airline' option.
4. Another option will appear 'filling special claim'. Click on 'yes proceed'.
5. In this page you have to select your flight for which you have to claim refund and click on 'review details'.
6. Again in this page read the refund policy, attach the screen shot of the massage received from airlines clicking on 'add attachment' and click on 'submit claim'.
7. A pop up window will appear select I agree and click on 'YES PROCEED'.
8. Now a massage will shown saying that 'claim successfully submitted'.
and you will get refund in 8-10 days.
