Introduction to Jira Align | July 2024

This one-hour webinar will provide an introduction to Jira Align and value of this powerful planning tool. We will walk through the basic UI; a top down planning review (including enterprise, portfolios and programs); and visualization of work (including Program Boards). We will also discuss the history of this tool and its broader fit within the Atlassian suite of tools. Outline: • Overview of Scaled Planning concepts, overview of implementing Jira Align roadmap • Navigational walkthrough of Jira Align • Deeper dive into Jira Align modules that help with planning at scale and the roll-up of information from Agile team to strategy (including the Program Board, Backlogs, the Strategy, Portfolio, Program, and Product rooms, dependency management, and risk management).
