Today we will be showing you how to smoke a whole brisket.  This is my first time making a brisket this big, weighing in at a massive15 Pounds.  This Whole Brisket recipe stays juicy and is guaranteed to impress at any gathering or Superbowl party. We decided to test out the fast cook method without injecting the Brisket and the pit barrel cooker did not disappoint. This monster brisket came out moist and juicy all in all it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 .  This preparation proves you can achieve an excellent smoke ring and flavor and don't have to smoke the brisket for days to achieve it.
