Limeade is such a great, refreshing drink. More so than lemonade in a lot of ways. The problem with figuring out how to make good limeade, is that since it is so much more sour and tart than lemonade, it requires a lot more sweetener to make it taste really good. Usually that means lots of sugar. With this recipe we aren't using sugar at all. In fact, this limeade recipe is sugarless other than the sugar that naturally appears in the limes. As a substitute for sugar, we used allulose. This is an all natural derivative of sugar that tastes just like sugar, but has no calories. That makes this limeade even better, as it's delicious and very low calorie as well!
