I always get 2 questions on my Mochi Videos. Can you make Mochi from regular rice flour and how to make mochi from rice! Well today I answer those questions! We are going to try to make mochi with regular rice flour and I am going to show you how to cook mochi rice and turn it into mochi with a stand mixer!
