This is a very simple video that talks about the structure of the Italian alphabet and gives you the pronunciation of all the letters. It might sound boring to start with the alphabet but trust me this is a good starting point!
Italian is a phonetical language so if you start learning the sounds of the letters you are half way to having mastered the pronunciation!
