6 months ago I got my first Smith Machine the Mikolo M4 Smith Machine and I was ecstatic about it! It was a huge step up from my first two ventures into home gym cage style hardware.
My first cage was the Fitness Reality 810xlt Super Max Power Cage and then 3 years later I got a Sunny Health and Fitness Power Zone Strength Rack. After 6 months with the M4 I developed some strong feelings about this guy and in this video I tell you exactly what they are.
