If your iPhone ringtone is quiet even on the loudest setting then what you need to do is you need to go to the settings option. Go to this option Face ID and password. Enter the passcode of your phone and then scroll down and here there is an option Attention Aware Features make sure to turn off this option and once you turn it off check if the volume of the ringtone increases or not.
