Bad News.  It is something that we all have to deal with, and something that can be very overwhelming.  On this quarantine day in Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao... I share with you a story, and how I react to negative news.  

In this video you will see me at home, but then we will go on an adventure...

This story will take us back to Apayao, and talks about "bad news" and how I didn't allow it to fill my mind with negativity and anxiety.  

I am a pretty emotional person, and so I thought sharing another BecomingFilipino life story could be positive during this difficult time.
