This is the first video of the "Automic Automation Cloud Integrations: Kubernetes Agent Integration" playlist.
Automic Automation provides a complete set of technologies to support containerized infrastructures. With the Kubernetes integration, we can extend workflow automation solutions to containerized applications, including both public and private Software Configuration Management platforms. At the core of the integration, we find several job templates to run jobs in many formats (yaml, json), file-based processes, and commands. The integration also provides the ability to up and downscale an application by adding or removing pods. The integration includes two Connection objects (CONN) and several Job objects (JOBS) to trigger processes from Automic. The Agent talks to the Automation Engine, while the CONNs store connection values for the clusters.
