Understanding colour part 2: complementary colours everywhere!

Following on from Part 1, where we looked at the traditional colour wheel and how artists use it to create harmonious colour schemes, we are now taking a deeper dive into complementary colours.
Why is it so aesthetically pleasing to see colours from opposite sides of the colour wheel placed together? Well, it's not just art, it's science! In this video we attempt to unpick this, and look at how interior designers, graphic designers, film makers and artists use complementary colours to create a vibrant and dynamic palette for their work.
