Using salvaged lumber from renovating my own house, I built this kitchen island. Reclaimed lumber is a great way to cut cost, recycle materials and add a look to your woodworking projects not possible with other wood. I crafted this piece of furniture in my basement for a customer, selling it paid for all the materials that I needed to drywall my house.
