As one of the Middle East’s most well-known social influencers, fashion designer and healthy living expert Alanoud Badr is passionate about driving change in the region, celebrating unconventional life choices and living life to the fullest, on her own terms, unbound by societal limits.
In February 2018, Max Factor launched You x Max Factor, with a new approach to beauty which ensures that it is relatable, aspirational and representative of women and what they want. We believe that their life experiences make them stronger, more powerful and more beautiful, no matter their age, ethnicity or life choices.
Today, we continue on this journey and are proud to introduce 11 outstanding women from around the world: The Max Factor Voices.
The Max Factor Voices are not only beautiful women, but they are also mothers, entrepreneurs, activists and more. We are honoured to celebrate such a diverse and inspiring group.
Max Factor Global Vice President, Sheila Chaiban commented: “I’m personally so proud to be working with our Max Factor Voices, as we celebrate not only their unique beauty but also their journey to get to be the people they are today. We celebrate their life experiences and the values that they stand for.
We chose to call them the Max Factor Voices because their beauty goes beyond a pretty face. We wanted to celebrate them and listen to these women’s stories – they are impactful and beautiful each in their own way.”
Max Factor believes that makeup should enhance and bring out each woman’s unique beauty. We continue to develop products to answer her needs, and give her tips and tricks to make sure she knows how to best use them. This vision is shared by Creative Director and Global Makeup Artist Wendy Rowe who has unparalleled experience in understanding women’s makeup needs.
Max Factor Creative Director and Global Makeup Artist, Wendy Rowe explains: “It was such a pleasure working with the Voices of Max Factor, all of whom are inspirational and unique. The looks I created were a way to enhance their natural beauty – a radiant look based around a nude palette. Yet through simple techniques, I was able to let their individual beauty shine through. This campaign is all about these women and their incredible journeys; they are multi-faceted both in their lives but also in their beauty. I love the idea of enhancing beauty yet being able to still have each woman’s personality shine through so you get to see the real depth of their beauty.”
