Michelin has launched the new Energy XM2+ tyres in India and these replace the older XM2 tyres. The company claims that these tyres offer superior grip and better longevity at a price which is 10-15% more than rivals. We compared the Michelin XM2+ with the Bridgestone B290 on the Maruti Swift, however, the Swift with the Bridgestone tyres was VDi while the one with Michelin tyres was ZDi.
