Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier visits the armored troop school and an exercise by the homeland security forces of the Territorial Command in Munster. The video shows the arrival of the Federal President by Cougar helicopter, the military honours to greet him, a dynamic demonstration of reconnaissance troops and armored infantry with the FUCHS, FENNEK, PUMA and LEOPARD 2 vehicles. The Federal President is then greeted by the commander of the Territorial Command (TerrFühKdoBw). , Lieutenant General Bodemann, welcomed. The capabilities of homeland security are explained using a checkpoint and the downstream security of a PATRIOT system. In the future, 16 homeland security regiments are to be set up. That means: Every federal state should have a homeland security regiment. This is followed by lunch with the soldiers. This is followed by a short press meeting and, at the end, a field service.
