If you had picked up this set just for the magnificent build of Maleficent in her dragon form, then you may have missed Aurora's sneaky little addition - she gets her own knight's kit and now has OPTIONS! She can make her own happily ever after, she don't need no man! The addition of pants, a sword and a helm in this LEGO set Maleficent’s Dragon Form and Aurora’s castle 43240 turns it from a cute but ordinary build into something that offers the princess new storylines and adventures, I love a stereotype-defying option. This set actually feels like a very classic "knight fighting dragon, saves princess" kind of thing, until you look closer into the castle. Love it. I'll build Maleficent next time, and we'll add Prince Phillip and Samson (the horse).
