Yeni Raki Global were so kind to invite us to a private workshop to educate us on the history, culture and tradition of the Raki Table.

Jay first tried Yeni Raki in one of our first videos (Turkish Alcohol Taste Test Yeni Raki); and Rengin being Turkish has been immersed in the Raki culture her whole life so we thought we had a good understanding of Yeni Raki; but we were mistaken - We learnt so much of the history and traditions of Raki!
We also can't not mention Soiree Restaurant, an amazing Turkish restaurant in Essex. It was the perfect experience eating incredible authentic Turkish mezes accompanied by the classic Yeni Raki.
This was a new experience for us; and we're super proud of the video we created; with the help of our good friend Kam (You've seen him in our Turkish vlogs)
