INGREDIENTS - 700g 00 flour - 300g mashed boiled potatoes - zest of 2 lemons - zest and juice (120g) of 2 oranges - 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon sugar - 2 sachets of saffron - 20g fresh brewer's yeast - 1 small glass of aquavit (45g) - 200g milk - 1l peanut oil - sugar to taste.
