Jeep Wrangler 1998 needle gages dome light doesn't work, Fuse F17 blowing SOLUTION

Needle gages, dome light stopped working, and Fuse F17 was popping on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler.  3-4 hours of online research, plus tracing wires on my off time for 2 DAYS until I found the problem and the solution! 😀
