Selman Bat Cave

Selman Bat Cave contains one of four known maternity colonies for Mexican free-tailed bats in Oklahoma. The property was purchased by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation in 1995. The 340-acre area is usually closed to the public but pre-registered guests can watch the bats exit the cave to hunt on several nights each July.
