I visited leading plastic surgeon Dr @RichardWestreich at his Manhattan clinic to find out what can go right and what can go wrong when transferring fat to the face.
The procedure involves harvesting your own fat cells from elsewhere in the body and then injecting them into areas of the face where you want to improve volume.
