The legend of King Arthur intrigued me even before I started studying medieval literature. I believe there’s a fascination with the Arthurian legend that began in the Middle Ages and that still exists today. But there’s so much literature regarding King Arthur, the knights of Camelot, Lancelot and Guinevere, that before I started taking classes on the topic, I didn’t know where to begin reading about the legend. So I put together a list of four medieval Arthurian literature texts that I recommend for people who want to start reading about the legend, but don’t quite know where to begin. I hope you enjoy the video!
