Grab a set of dumbbells and tap in for a 30 Minute Dumbbell HIIT Workout that will help build your overall strength and conditioning. All you need are light-moderate weights. (we used 5lb-15lb pairs) and a yoga mat/soft surface. This workout is loaded with compound movements to help elevate your heart rate and burn body fat.
