A tour of the Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, California. Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, California, is the final resting place of many famous figures, including musicians, entertainers, actors, and screenwriters. In this video, we visit the graves of Vigen Derderian, Pat Hitchcock, Artie Shaw, Joel Hirshhorn, Stu Nahan, Clete Roberts, William Phipps, Graham Jarvis, Terry Wilson, and Bert Goodrich.
In this video, we take a tour of the Valley Oaks Memorial Park in Westlake Village, California. This park is the final resting place of many famous people, including musicians, actors, and writers. We start our tour by visiting the grave of Vigen Derderian, a Persian singer and entertainer. We then move on to the grave of Pat Hitchcock, the daughter of Alfred Hitchcock. She appeared in several of her father's films, including "Psycho" and "The Birds." Next, we visit the grave of Artie Shaw, a big band clarinetist who was known for his innovative style of music. We also visit the graves of Joel Hirshhorn, a songwriter who won two Academy Awards, and Stu Nahan, the ringside announcer for the Rocky movies. Other famous people buried at Valley Oaks include Clete Roberts, a legendary TV reporter; William Phipps, a Hollywood actor; Graham Jarvis, a Hollywood actor; Terry Wilson, an actor who appeared in the TV show "Wagon Train"; and Bert Goodrich, the first Mr. America muscleman.
