ING: We need
One chicken cut into Half
For Chicken marinade spices
1/2 tspn Cinnamon powder
1/2 tspn Coriander powered
1/2 tspn ginger powder
1/2 tspn Cardamon powder
1/2 tspn Zaffaron
Smashed Garlic
Procedure : Mix and Massage into the Chicken for better taste leave 2 hours or whole night marination .
For Rice We need :
Rice washed and soak with warm water at least 5 to 10 Minutes if your using basmati Rice
And ...
2 Cups of yogurt low fat
1 cup slice Tomatoes
Medium slice Onion
Smashed Garlic
Mix whole spices
7 spices
Salt Himalayan or Any salt
Additional Maggi cube for your taste
Deep fried Egg Onion's by your choice or optional only
Toppings :
Green Chilli
Dried grapes
Check peas small kind
Whole tomato
You can add as your choice
