I don't buy bread anymore! An old German recipe for delicious bread without butter and eggs!
Delicious white poppy seed bread is a real home discovery for everyone who appreciates simple recipes and quick preparation.
This fragrant and tender bread with the characteristic crispy crust, similar to a poppy seed bun, is prepared in just 5 minutes!
The tender dough lifts the mood and is loved by the whole family.
Try this poppy seed bread and feel the comfort and warmth of homemade baked goods with every bite.
Ingredients:
400 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
1 teaspoon salt.
20 g poppy seeds.
40 ml vegetable oil.
550 g wheat flour.
For a golden brown crust:
Add 1 tbsp to 1 egg yolk. milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
