Making Korean home-style stewed tofu sauce!
Korean home-style braised tofu recipe!
[Braised Tofu ingredients]
1.Hard tofu 500g 2.Large green onion small 1/2 size (30g)
3. 1 tbsp chopped garlic 4. 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
5. 2 spoons of soy sauce 6. 1 spoons of tuna liquid 7. 2 spoons of cooking wine
8. 2 tbsp starch syrup 9. 1 tbsp sesame oil 10. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
11. 1 spoon of cooking oil 12. 1 spoon of perilla oil
[Making braised tofu]
1. Slice 500g of firm tofu into appropriate sizes
2. Wipe off the moisture of tofu cut with kitchen towel
3. Chop 1/2 small scallions (30g) into small pieces
4. In a prepared bowl, just chopped green onion, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder, 2 spoon of brewed soy sauce, 1 spoon of tuna liquid,
Add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoons of sesame seeds (grilled rough) and mix well to complete the sauce
5. Put 1 spoon of cooking oil and 1 spoon of perilla oil in the prepared pan
6. Grill chopped tofu over medium heat
7. Turn off the heat when the tofu is cooked until golden, and push the tofu to the edge of the pan
8. Turn the heat to low and pour the sauce into the empty space of the pan
9. Mix tofu and sauce
10. Mix and boil down to complete
🌿Spoon - This is based on measuring spoons (15ml). (It is almost like a regular rice spoon.)
🌿Teaspoon – Based on measuring teaspoon (5ml).
🌿Cup - This is based on measuring cup (200ml). (Measuring cup and paper cup are the same 200ml.)
