One Spring Roll Pastry, Endless Variations. Seaweed just got crispier when paired with Spring Home’s Spring Roll Pastry. RECIPE - Ingredients: - 'Spring Home' Spring Roll Pastry, 8.5 inch (thawed)* - Egg Wash - Seaweed Sheets - Sesame Seeds Preparation: 1. Apply egg wash thoroughly on one side of a pastry sheet 2. Place seaweed sheet onto pastry, covering just half of the side with egg wash 3. Sprinkle some sesame seeds onto the seaweed sheet 4. Fold the side without seaweed sheet over and gently press to ensure the pastry and seaweed have been adhered together nicely 5. Using a pair of scissors, cut it into strips with width of about 2.5cm 6. Stack the strips together and further cut them into smaller pieces with length of about 4cm 7. Deep-fry them at 185 degree Celsius for about 1 minute or till they turn golden brown 8. Remove the crackers and drain oil 9.
