Дрожжи сухие - 3 гр.
1 яйцо
Сахар - 40 гр.
Сливочное масло - 20 гр.
Масло растительное - 15 мл
Вода теплая - 125 гр.
Ванильный сахар - 1 пакетик
щепотка соли

Для начинки:
Яблочное повидло - 250 г

После того как слепили - расстойка 30 минут. За 5 минут до выпечки смазываем яйцом. Печем до готовности в заранее разогретой до 170 - 180 градусов Цельсия духовке, примерно 15 минут.
