In traditional Indian cooking Ghee is a type of butter that is used for thousands of years. Ghee has its own importance in Ayurveda. Making ghee at home is a simple process and it can be extracted in sufficient quantities if proper steps are followed. Common problem I have seen while making ghee at home is a lot of kitu (leftover butter which is burnt) formation. However, this problem can be addressed easily with a few simple techniques. Today I made 350 grams of Cow Ghee at home from 8 days of milk (8 litres of cow milk). Plus, I have shown how to use each and every side product of this process. I hope you would like this homemade cow ghee recipe and you would try this homemade ghee recipe at home.
