This is my method of making texture sheets to obtain the matrix for those gemstones that I imitate using techniques like Mokume Gane (and not only).
They work beautifully for making faux turquoises - even if I used different colors in this tutorial, just to give you an idea of how many other gemstone imitations can be done - a whole variety of them! And I promise that I will show you quite a bit of them!
It seems to me that right now I'm the only one doing turquoise imitation using these, isn't it? Haha, think outside the box!
