These delicious, tasty and healthy oats tikkis are made using quick oats and a whole bunch of veggies. They are packed with whole lot of flavours and are highly nutritious. You can customise the quantities and types of veggies as per your taste and enjoy it without any guilt!


Ingredients I used:
- 1 cup of quick cooking oats
- 2 green chillies
- ½ carrot
- Same quantity of bell pepper as carrot
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 cup of boiled potatoes
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Juice of 1 whole lemon
- 1/4th cup water
- Very little oil for pan frying


Preparation:
- Blitz the quick cooking oats in the blender to make oats flour and keep aside.
- Chop green chillies, carrots, bell pepper and onions very fine
- Add them to the oats flour along with all the other ingredients mentioned above (except oil)
- Take a small ball and roll palm sized tikkis
- Fry them until golden brown on both sides with very little oil (check video)
- Garnish them with coriander leave, chaat masala (optional)
- Serve them with ketchup or a dip of your choice
