This apple cake is the easiest cake I've ever done.

Ingredients:
3 apples
5 eggs room temp
1/2 cup sugar- 100 g
1 cup all purpose sifted flour -150 g
1 tsp baking powder -3 g
Orange zest
Directions:
Mix the eggs and sugar until pale (10 minutes).
Slowly incorporate the flour and baking powder. Do not overmix the batter, otherwise, it will result in a dense, gummy and chewy cake.
Add orange zest.
Pour the apple cake mixture into a prepared bundt pan (8 inches) . Decorate the top with apples.
Bake the cake for approximately 40-45 minutes to 360F/180 C.
To check if the cake is done insert a toothpick into the middle, if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
You can store apple cake in the freezer up to 3 months.
