NOTE - Finally Naturaltein Company ne Mere E-mail krne ke 18 din baad uska reply diya hai, email me mene company se 3 questions puche the.
Question 1. Product ke uper likha protein dry basis pr hai ya as-is basis pr ?
• Answer, Mila ki product ke uper protein dry basis pr likha hai, Dry basis pr protein likha hai 24 gram/scoop, yani ki as-is basis pr isme lagbhag 22.5 gram protein hona chahiye. Meri lab report me result aaye hai ki isme as-is basis pr 21.23 gram Protein hai. Approximately - 1.2 gram protein kum hai / scoop me.
Mere hisab se 1 se 1.5 gram protein uper niche ho jaye koi badi baat nahi hai. So mere hisab se Lab Report OK boli Ja skti hai product ki.
Question 2 . Mene 1 Serving ki Amino acid profile mangi thi ?
• company ne email me bataya ki 100 gram ki amino acid profile ko 30 se devide kr lo, 1 Serving ki amino acid profile aa jayegi.
Mere hisab se company ko 1 Serving ki Amino acid profile product ke uper print Krni chahiye, customers ab every single amino acid ka amount devide kr kr dekhenge to Har customer ko mehnat karni padegi, company agar print kr ke de degi to customers ke liye easy ho jayega.
Question 3. Mene Filtration method pucha tha ?
• Company ne bataya ki ye cross flow microfiltered protein hai, yani ke ye Naturally Filtered protein hai.
SPECIAL NOTE - Ab kuch Bhai bolenge ki Me ye sb Comment ya discription me kyu likh rha hu, video delete kar ke dubara kyo nahi bna deta.
Kyoki, Ek Video banane me 6-7 days lagte hai, details lene ke liye company ko email kro, Fir uske jawab ka 2-3 din wait kro , fir video recording & editing me 3-4 din lagte hai.
total 6-7 din ki mehnat hoti hai.
Ab Companies ese 17-18 din ke baad reply degi to koi bhi video banegi hi nhi, me to emails ke reply ka wait krta rahuga. Ya reply aane ke baad video delete kr-kr k dubara banata rahuga.
Kuch companies ko to email kiye hue 6 mahine se upar ho gaye hai, abhi tak unka reply nahi aaya.
Ideally Company ko 48-72 working hours me email ka jawab dena chahiye. So In the End Naturaltein ko Apni Customer service ko improve karna chahiye.
