Scrubs and the Gym Shorts Knot (Better Explanation)

A few of the comments mentioned they had trouble with this knot on hospital scrubs, or even basket ball shorts with flat drawstrings. It still works, but you may need to handle the knot a little different. It would also work on shoe laces, but you would have to start on the far left side to get it to work.
