Webex Meeting Complete Tutorial for Beginners to Advanced [Part 1 of 2]
This is a tutorial on how to use webex meeting software from cisco. This is a video conferencing software application. This is suitable for beginners to advanced users. This is part 1 of a two part series on webex meeting. I will show you how to open a free account and webex login, how to schedule a meeting, how to host a meeting, how to join a meeting. Then I will also briefly show you the advanced features while hosting a meeting. After watching this video and the next video, I am confident that you will be able to use Webex for video conferences with confidence. First i will show you how you can arrange and schedule a meeting. You must make sure that the time is correct for the region in which you are located and then you can set the time of the video conference and also am or pm setting is also important. All the attendees of the meeting will get a notification to join the meeting. They will also receive the meeting information with the link and the password. In the account preferences, there is some private information about you in the personal meeting room tab. You should make sure that this is secured and you should never share your host key to anyone. You cal also set some of the advanced features while scheduling a meeting on webex.
