In this video I am going to show you how to disable recommended videos on YouTube App!
If you don’t want to see suggested or recommended videos on YouTube App, then you can easily disable these just by editing your YouTube App settings.
Just follow these steps:
1. Open up YouTube App and login to your profile if you haven’t already.
2. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your screen.
3. From the appeared menu, select “Settings”.
4. Click on “Notifications”.
5. Switch the toggle off next to “Recommended videos”. By doing this you will not be notified of videos based on your watch history.
6. Afterwards, go back and click on “History and privacy”.
7. Click on “Clear watch history” and select “Clear watch history” one more time to confirm.
8. Now click on “Clear search history” and select “Clear search history” to confirm that you want to clear search history.
Done, you have successfully disabled recommended videos on YouTube App.
