To disable call forwarding from your iPhone to another number:
1. Go to "Settings".
2. Scroll down.
3. Go to "Phone".
4. Select "Call Forwarding".
5. Now here there is an number where I have call, forwarded my call from my iPhone.
6. So, if I want to remove the number, I will select this forward to and then this number I will just go on deleting.
7. So, once I delete the number, I have cancelled the call forwarding.
