Note -
*use less methi - if methi is bitter then usual




Ingerdients

Methi -  1/2 cup
Paneer - 250 grams
Matar/Peas - 1/2 cup
Onion -  1 🧅 small
Tomato -  1  🍅 medium
Ginger cut into small pieces - 1tsp
Garlic cut into small pieces - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin seed  -  1/2 tsp
Tejpatta - 1
Red chili - 3
Cinnamon stick/ Dalchini- 1/2 inch
Hing powder /aesofetida -  1 pinch
Gram flour/ Besan - 1Tbsp
Coriander powder  - 1 tsp
Red Chili powder  - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/3 tsp
Crushed blackpapper  - 1/3 tsp
Garam masala  -  1/2 tsp
Salt to taste - 1 tsp
