The Atlanta Falcons’ 2018 season was nothing short of depressing. Despite preseason aspirations of a deep playoff run and even redemption in the Super Bowl, injuries decimated the team and left them floundering through a 7-9 campaign. But despite the struggles of the team around him, QB Matt Ryan managed to have one of the best seasons of his career, one that eerily mimicked the statistics of his 2016 MVP campaign and yet still went almost completely unnoticed by the NFL.
