Rava /suji/samolina (upma rava- medium) - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1+1/4 cup
Water - 3 cup
Ghee/clarified butter - 3tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2tsp
Cashew nuts - 10
Raisins - 25
Salt - pinch
