Build ASP.NET Core 3.0 Web API with VS Code using SQL Server in container

This tutorial can be done on Windows, Mac or Linux. I show how to build a Web API service that models Patient, Ailment and Medication entities using the code-first development approach. Technologies used are VS Code, SQL Server running in a docker container, Postman, Entity Framework 3.0, Azure Data Studio, C# and the dotnet code generator utility. After building the server-side service, I consume the service in a client-side HTML page with jQuery. I also tackle CORS.
