Budget Home Espresso Preparation with the Delonghi Dedica EC685 Espresso Machine and KG89 Grinder

I'm sharing this video to show you the most economical, budget-centric way of getting a good cup of espresso from fresh grinds. The Delonghi EC685 has been quite a popular home choice and most people purchase it as a basic espresso machine without knowing how best to use it. The grinder I have here, the Delonghi KG89 has been tweaked to grind finer. In it's original setting the finest setting can only make less than ideal espresso with the pressurised portafilter that comes with the EC685.
