Hello everyone today I have made a video on how to replace 1.6 HDI/TDCI
engine injector seals and also rocker cover gasket. I have not planned to make this video but I thought some of you might find it use full so done my best to video every step of this replacement and make a new video for you. I hope some of you will find this video use full. I had a short time to do this replacement and I have done it in just over an hour. The time on this job depends on how lucky you are as if injector seals ( little copper washers on a end of injector) gets stuck and does not come out together with injector it might take a while to take it out. the best way to take little copper washer out if it does get stuck is long flat screw driver as normally you can squeeze it between a washer and a hole wall where injector goes and prime washer to stick off and then just pick it up with something long with a little bit of sticky tape on the end or use pick up tool.
